Madison Linux User Group (MadLUG)
MadLUG is the Madison area Linux Users Group. Our users come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are academics and
students; others are system administrators, web designers and other IT
professionals; and others simply enjoy computers.
We hold social meetings the third Saturday of each month to discuss Linux and related topics with a rotating location (see mailing list for details).
We also put together demonstrations and presentations related to the installation and running of Linux in addition to more advanced topics, such as networking, programming, and databases the first Saturday of every month (we do not yet have a set location for these. If you'd like to provide one, let me know!).
We also actively hang out at the monthly Web608 Geek Dinners.
